A defined role in stormwater treatment
Pureco developed ENVIA TRP for primary treatment of stormwater from roads and paved areas, with applications in open drainage channels. It is a stormwater solution, not a drinking-water treatment unit or a substitute for an industrial wastewater plant. The enquiry should identify the runoff being collected and the contaminants of concern so that the proposed use can be considered within the complete drainage scheme.
Bring the drainage conditions into the enquiry
Provide the location, type and extent of the paved catchment, available drainage drawings and the flow information used by the designer. Describe where water is discharged and whether the project is a new installation or an adaptation of an existing system. If sizing inputs are not yet available, identify that gap early. A catalogue selection alone does not establish the suitability of a unit for a particular site.
Include inspection, access and retained-material handling
The project discussion should cover more than placing equipment on a drawing. Explain how the installation can be reached for inspection and cleaning, who will operate it and how retained material will be handled. Identify any site-specific discharge requirements that the designer must address. Can ENVIA TRP be considered for an existing drainage system?
It can be discussed as a project-specific option. Send the current channel layout, levels, available space and drainage design information for assessment.
Does a product catalogue replace drainage sizing?
No. The project still needs its own hydraulic basis, discharge requirements and maintenance arrangement. The product documentation supports that design process.
